Delete your toldly account and cloud data
A toldly account is optional. You can delete your account directly in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete it in the app
- 1Open Settings in toldly.
- 2Open the Account section and choose “Delete account”.
- 3Review the information and confirm deletion.
Request deletion by email
Send your request from the email address used for your account to E-Mail. To protect your account, we may ask you to briefly verify your identity.
What will be deleted
- Your optional user account and its toldly sign-in data.
- Private cloud sync data, cloud backups and account-related metadata.
- Your group memberships and personal account associations.
- Shared group content may remain available to other members; your active account reference will be removed or anonymized where technically possible.
Local data on your devices
Deleting your account does not automatically remove data stored only on a device. Remove it separately in toldly through Settings → Delete local data, or uninstall the app.
Processing and retention
We process verified deletion requests without undue delay, generally within 30 days. Data that must be retained for legal obligations or abuse prevention is restricted and kept only for the required period.
